Staatsburgh State Historic Site - Regular Season from April 1st to October 31st
Location: Staatsburgh State Historic Site, Rte. 9,
Last tour starts at 4:30pm. House is open by guided tour only. Group and school tours are available year round by reservation only. $5 per adult $4 seniors and students. Children under 12 years of age are free.

Rhinebeck Antiques Fair from October 11th to October 12th
Location: Dutchess County Fairgrounds
On Saturday October 11th and Sunday October 12th, the Dutchess County Fairgrounds will be the site for the Rhinebeck Antiques Fair. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. The admission is $9 each day and will be held rain or shine. Winnakee Land Trust's Tour Of Historic Barns on October 11th
Location: Eight barns in Northern Dutchess County
Winnakee Land Trust’s 3rd Annual Tour of Historic Barns Saturday, October 11th, 2008, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Tour begins at St. Paul’s Church, Wurtemburg Road, Rhinebeck. $35 per person, includes closing reception from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Children 10 and under attend for free. Delicious boxed lunch available for an additional $15 per person, by reservation only. This year’s tour meanders through some of the oldest and most scenic roads in northern Dutchess County. Sites include several extraordinary Dutch barns, a sheep farm, an historic church, an equestrian property, and other rural attractions. Docents will guide visitors through each. New York State Sheep & Wool Family Festival from October 18th to October 19th
Location: Dutchess County Fairgrounds
The largest sheep and wool festival in the country returns to the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, NY on Saturday and Sunday, October 18 and 19. Hundreds of sheep, 300 fiber and crafts artists, education and family fun blend in a beautiful fall backdrop. Family fun events include a petting zoo, haunted house, dog Frisbee and pumpkin’ chuckin’. Daily admission is $10.00. Children under 12 are free. $15.00 weekend passes are also available. Mid Hudson Larreynaga Sister City Dance on November 8th
Location: The Church of the Messiah Parish Hall
Annual fundraiser dance dedicated to raising money to provide medical and school supplies for our sister city in Nicaragua as well as provide scholarships for 40 students to attend school. 8pm to midnight with latino music provided by the wonderful sounds of the band Sonando.
